摘要
通过对吉林省碳排放特别是电力行业碳排放现状的分析,论证吉林省碳排放所处的形势,全省碳排放总量特别是电力行业碳排放量仍在波动性增长。结合全省新能源资源情况及现有开发情况,以北欧新能源发展的成功经验为借鉴,提出考虑采取新建西部新能源外送通道、探索电力-天然气双网循环、调整优化供热模式和加快抽水蓄能电站及调峰燃气电站等适应新型电力系统发展需要的新能源发展建议。
This paper demonstrates the situation of carbon emission in Jilin Province by analyzing the current situation of carbon emission,especially in the electric power industry.Total carbon emissions are still growing in volatility,especially in the electric power industry.This paper also combines the situation of new energy resources and the existing development situation in Jilin Province,takes the successful experience of new energy sources development in Northern Europe as reference,and puts forward some new energy development suggestions to meet the development needs of new power system,such as building a new western new energy transmission channel,exploring the double network cycle of power and natural gas,optimizing the heating mode,accelerating pumped storage power station and peak shaving gas power station.
