基于实物“ID”的带电检测仪器比对实验室管理系统研究

摘要 针对传统实验室依靠人力为主的检验方式已无法满足仪器入网检测和定期比对工作需求的现状,提出一种基于电网资产统一身份编码(以下简称实物“ID”)的实验室管理系统,通过实物“ID”编码及移动互联技术,实现带电检测仪器的到货验收、设备送检登记、送检设备接收发放以及试验信息记录等功能,并对设计的实验室管理系统进行效果评价,验证了系统的有效性和稳定性。 The traditional laboratory inspection method based on manpower can no longer meet the needs of instrument network access detection and regular comparison.A laboratory management system based on unified identity code of power grid assets(physical "ID")is proposed.Through physical "ID" coding and mobile Internet technology,the functions of arrival acceptance of live detection instruments,equipment inspection registration,receiving and distribution of inspection equipment and experimental information recording are realized,and the effect of the designed experimental system is evaluated.The effectiveness and stability of the system are verified.
