中医护理联合疼痛护理对肺癌患者生活质量的影响

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with pain management nursing on quality of life in patients with lung cancer

目的 探讨中医护理联合疼痛护理对肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月间青岛市中心医院收治100例肺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均采用常规中医护理,试验组患者联合疼痛护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、疼痛控制情况及睡眠质量。结果 试验组患者护理满意度为96.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组患者疼痛控制率为92.0%,高于对照组的62.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、催眠药物、睡眠障碍和日间功能障碍等睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者采用常规治疗和中医护理配合疼痛护理,有助于改善患者的疼痛症状和睡眠质量,获得满意的护理服务,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with pain management nursing on quality of life in patients with lung cancer. Methods One hundred patients with lung cancer who were admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital were selected from January 2018 to December. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 50 patients in each group by random number table method. Patients in both groups received conventional Chinese medicine nursing, and meanwhile the experimental group received pain management nursing. Patient satisfaction with nursing, pain control and improvement in sleep quality were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.0% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 84.0% of the control group(P<0.05). The pain control rate was 92.0% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 62.0% of the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the sleep quality scores covering time one needs to fall asleep, sleep quality, sleep time, hypnotics, sleep disorders and daytime dysfunction were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing care helps relieve pain symptoms, improve sleep quality, achieve patient satisfaction, and promote application value in lung cancer patients.
