摘要
创业型大学支撑区域创新发展是建设创新型国家的新动能。针对当前大学显性指标繁荣与有效创新对接不足的问题,本文以共生视角切入,分析创业型大学支撑区域创新发展的共生概念框架,提出大学应锚定区域创新发展需求,以学术创业优势融合人才培养与科学研究,与区域形成“结构适切-人才匹配-知识嵌合”的相容发展。基于国内外创业型大学的创新实践,文章从共生界面、知识流动、人才生态、制度驱动四个方面,提出了创业型大学与区域创新发展共生的实践路径。
Entrepreneurial university supporting regional innovation development is a new driving force for building an innovative country.Addressing the current lacking of linkage between the prosperity in the overt index and effective innovation in universities,this paper applies a symbiotic perspective to propose a conceptual framework to analyze the supportive role of entrepreneurial universities in promoting regional innovation development.It holds that symbiosis is a compatible process that university anchoring the regional innovation development demands,integrating talent training and scientific research with academic entrepreneurial advantages,and forming“structural suitability,talent matching and knowledge integration”with the region.At the same time,based on the innovation experience of entrepreneurial universities,this paper puts forward the symbiosis path between entrepreneurial universities and regional innovation development,including symbiosis interface,knowledge flow,talent ecology,and institutional drive.
