摘要
针对某车型纵梁前端加强板的制件特点,提出拉伸成形工艺设计思路及方法,介绍拉伸压料面、工艺补充设计过程。拉伸、修边、翻边及回弹进行全工序仿真,并对仿真存在的开裂缺陷,提出运用储料包、破料刀、增大拔模角3种解决方案。依据制件特性及成形模拟,优选破料刀初始刺破位置,成功的解决了开裂缺陷。实际验证中获得了良好的成形质量,冲压生产过程稳定。
According to the characteristics of the front end strengthening plate of car-type longitudinal beam,the idea and method of drawing forming process design are put forward.The whole process of drawing,trimming,flanging and springback is simulated,and three solutions are put forward to solve the cracking defect.According the forming simulation,the initial piercing position of the cutter is optimized,and the cracking defect is solved successfully.Good forming quality and stable stamping process have been obtained in the practical verification.
