某车型天窗顶盖尾部凹面控制方法研究

摘要 依托Autoform钣金成形分析软件,从模具研合状态及侧整形过程材料内部应力分布特性等维度详细剖析缺陷成形机理,并针对性提出了提升压料研合以抑制A面材料流动、优化拉伸工艺补充面圆角及调整尾部侧整进料阻力等控制方案。生产实践表明,通过实施上述优化方案,天窗顶盖尾部凹印消除,面品满足汽车覆盖件质量控制要求。可为汽车覆盖件冲压模具设计与冲压工艺优化提供参考。 Based on Autoform sheet metal forming analysis software,this paper analyzed the forming mechanism of defects in detail from the dimensions of die grinding state and internal stress distribution characteristics of materials in the process of side shaping.Furthermore,some control schemes are put forward,such as improving the press grinding to restrain the flow of surface A material,optimizing the drawing process to replenish the surface fillet and adjusting the feed resistance of the tail side.The production practice shows that the concave imprint on the rear of the sun roof can be eliminated and the surface meets the quality control requirements of automobile panels.This paper can provide reference for mechanical design and stamping process optimization of stamping die for automobile panel.
