摘要
在冷流道与进胶口之间增加一菱形分流梭特征,使得注射材料流经过分流梭发生分流、挤压、再重熔等物理反应,实现塑料再升温功效,从而解决了塑件的进胶处气纹、胶口纹等缺陷。通过仿真手段验证,流道分流梭特征,确实有效提升了塑料的流动料温、平均速度、剪切速率等特性。
A rhombic split shuttle is added between the cold runner and the rubber inlet to make the injection material flow undergo physical reactions such as diffluence,extrusion and remelting through the split shuttle,so as to realize the effect of plastic reheating,so as to solve the defects such as gas lines and rubber mouth lines at the rubber inlet of the product.The simulation results show that the characteristics of the flow channel splitter shuttle can effectively improve the flowing material temperature,average speed,shear rate and other characteristics of plastics.
