针对某车型前后门饰板间隙偏差大,进行探讨解析,通过尺寸链分析,明确了前门饰板精度超差,并对超差的原因进行深入分析,并完善了相关尺寸工程的品质管理项目,同时也为后续零部件模具开发确认事项提供借鉴。

The matching problem of the gap deviation between front door frame garnish and rear door frame garnish was carried out.It was clear that the accuracy of the front door frame garnish was out of tolerance through the analysis of the relative dimension chain.The reason why it was out of tolerance were analyzed in depth,and the quality management project of the related dimension engineering was improved,providing reference for confirmation matters of part mold development.
