摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的慢性炎症性气道疾病,具有高发病率和高病死率。线粒体参与细胞的多种代谢过程,如物质分解代谢、能量生成和氧化应激等。越来越多的研究揭示出线粒体代谢重编程参与COPD的病理生理过程,如炎症反应、氧化应激、细胞衰老、凋亡和自噬等。本文概述线粒体代谢重编程在COPD发病机制中的作用。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic inflammatory airway disease with high prevalence and mortality.Mitochondria are involved in a variety of metabolic processes in cells,such as substance catabolism,energy generation,and oxidative stress.An increasing number of studies have revealed that mitochondrial metabolic reprogramming is involved in the pathophysiology of COPD,such as inflammation,oxidative stress,and cellular senescence,apoptosis,and mitophagy.This article outlines the role of mitochondrial metabolic reprogramming in the pathogenesis of COPD.
