摘要
为了缩短新材料的研发周期,降低研发成本,以硬度测试的特点和机理为基础,设计相应的机械控制系统和软件,开发了具有32个工位的高通量硬度测试仪,从而实现材料力学性能的高通量表征。该设备可以实现硬度测量过程中的自动打点、自动记录、自动切换样品,测试所需时间约为普通手动硬度计的1/3,提高了材料性能的表征速率。采用高通量硬度测试仪对具有不同硬度的标准硬度块品、不锈钢样品以及高熵合金样品进行测试,结果表明:高通量硬度测试仪适用于硬度值不小于200HV(约19HRC)的材料,示值误差为-0.2HRC,示值重复性为0.764HRC,测试精度满足硬度计的要求,测试结果可靠。
In order to shorten the development cycle of new materials and reduce the R&D cost, a high-throughput hardness tester with 32 stations was developed by designing the related machine control system and software based on the characteristics and mechanism of hardness test, thus realizing the high-throughput characterization of mechanical properties of materials. The automatic dotting, automatic recording and automatic switching of samples could be realized in hardness testing. The testing time of the developed high-throughput hardness tester was only 1/3 of the common manual hardness tester, which significantly enhanced the characterization rate of material property. The developed high-throughput hardness tester was applied for the testing of standard samples with different hardness, stainless samples, and high-entropy alloy samples. The results showed that the high-throughput tester hardness was suited for the material with hardness greater than 200 HV(∽19 HRC). The indication error and indication repeatability were-0.2 HRC and 0.764 HRC, respectively. The measuring accuracy could meet the requirements of hardness tester, and the measuring results were reliable.
