摘要
以白色木槿花为原料,研究从木槿花中利用纤维素酶提取多糖的工艺条件。以酶用量、温度、料液比和酶解时间作为研究因素,通过单因素试验,得到因素的取值范围,利用响应面法改进木槿花多糖的提取工艺。结果表明,木槿花多糖的最佳提取工艺为酶用量0.3%、酶解时间180 min、料液比1︰48.4(g/mL)。在此工艺条件下,木槿花多糖得率为7.64%±0.013%。
Using white hibiscus flower as raw material,the technological conditions for extracting polysaccharides from hibiscus flower by cellulase were studied.Taking enzyme dosage,temperature,material-to-liquid ratio and enzymatic hydrolysis time as research factors,through single factor experiment,the value range of the factors was obtained,and the extraction process of hibiscus flower polysaccharide was improved by response surface method.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of hibiscus flower polysaccharides was enzyme dosage 0.3%,enzymolysis time 180 min,and material-to-liquid ratio 1︰48.4(g/mL).Under this technological condition,the yield of hibiscus flower polysaccharide was 7.64%±0.013%.
