涂漆筷子中30种溶剂残留迁移量及其迁移规律

摘要 建立气相色谱质谱法测定其中30种溶剂残留迁移量的方法。优化色谱条件,采用DB-624色谱柱(60m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)分离,30种溶剂残留的质量分数均在0.01~0.500 mg/kg^(-1)内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为0.54~1.12μg/kg^(-1),测定下限为1.80~3.39μg/kg^(-1)。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为80.1%~119.5%,回收量的相对标准偏差(n=3)为1.6%~9.9%,满足测定的要求。研究了涂漆筷子在不同模拟物、不同模拟时间和不同模拟温度下30种溶剂残留的迁移规律,结果表明:乙醇(模拟物)含量越高、模拟时间越长、模拟温度越高,目标化合物越容易迁移到模拟物中。 A method for the determination of residual migration of 30 solvents by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.Excellent chromatographic conditioning,the analytes were separated on DB-624 chromatographic column(60 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm).Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass fraction of the 30 solvent residues were kept in the same range of 0.01-0.500 mg/kg,with detection limits in the range of 0.54-1.12μg·kg^(-1) and lower limits of determination in the range of 1.80-3.39μg/kg.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method.The values of recovery found were in the range of 80.1%-119.5%,with S_(RSD)(n=3)of recovery amounts in the range of 1.6%-9.9%,meeting the requirements of measurement.The migration law of 30 kinds of solvent residues in lacquered chopsticks under different simulants,different simulation time and different simulation temperature was discussed.The results showed that the higher the content of ethanol(simulant),the longer the simulation time and the higher the simulation temperature,the easier the target compounds migrated to the simulant.
