摘要
超声波辅助提取技术因节能、高效等优点,在生物活性物质提取领域被广泛关注。超声波以其独特的空化效应和机械效应增强提取传质过程,综述了影响超声波提取效率主要的声学参数和工艺参数、基于Fick第一定律与第二定律的超声波提取过程传质动力学研究,介绍了超声波协同新型辅助提取技术研究进展,分析了超声波提取研究中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望,旨在为超声波提取技术的研究与应用提供参考。
Ultrasonic assisted extraction technology has the advantages of energy saving and high efficiency.It has been widely concerned in the field of bioactive substances extraction.Ultrasound enhances the mass transfer in the extraction process with its unique cavitation and mechanical effects.The main acoustic and technological parameters which affecting the ultrasonic extraction efficiency are reviewed.Based on Fick’s first law and Fick’s second law,the mass transfer dynamics of the ultrasonic extraction process has been studied.The research progress of collaborative new auxiliary extraction technology has been introduced.This article analyzes the problems of ultrasonic extraction research and predicts its application prospects in order to provide reference for the development of ultrasonic extraction technology.
