以大学生创新创业为基础导向的食品科学教学改革 被引量:1

Food Science Educational Reform Based on College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship

摘要 为满足食品科学发展需求,实现创新创业类人才培养的目标。从食品科学创新创业能力培养角度出发,通过专业课程与创新创业课程融合、创新创业教育与学生素质拓展相结合、多元教师团队引导创新创业能力培养3个方面开展,利用创新创业大赛实践,提升学生创新创业能力。该教学改革对提高教学效果、培养学生的自主学习能力、科研创新意识发挥积极作用。 In order to meet the needs of the development of food science,the goal of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents is realized.The research is carried out from the perspective of food science innovation and entrepreneurship training,through the integration of professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship courses,the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the development of student quality,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities guided by a diverse team of teachers,and the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,to enhance students’innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities.It has played an active role in improving teaching effects,cultivating students’independent learning ability,scientific research and innovation ability.
