摘要
国家实施乡村振兴战略,不仅是我国当前“三农”工作的总抓手,也是一项关系到全面建设社会主义现代化国家的全局性、历史性任务。近年来农民专业合作社作为新型农业经营主体发展迅速,是推动乡村全面振兴及农业现代化、农民组织化的关键载体。通过对山西省武乡县农民专业合作社运营情况的调研,发现当地合作社运营主要问题有资金匮乏、人才稀缺、社员“搭便车”现象普遍、品牌建设不到位等。针对上述问题,结合调研数据及当地实际,提出拓宽合作社资金来源、培育专业人才、完善社内激励制度、加强合作社整体品牌建设等建议,为武乡县农民专业合作社运营激励机制创新提供参考和思路。
The country’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is not only the general starting point of my country’s current " three rural" work, but also an overall and historical task related to the overall construction of a modern socialist country. In recent years, farmers’ professional cooperatives have developed rapidly as a new type of agricultural business entity, and are the key carrier to promote the overall revitalization of the countryside,agricultural modernization, and farmers’ organization. Through the investigation on the operation of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Wuxiang County, Shanxi Province, it is found that the main problems in the operation of local cooperatives are lack of funds, scarce talents, common " free-rider" phenomenon of members, and inadequate brand building. In response to the above problems, combined with the survey data and local reality, suggestions are put forward to expand the source of funds for cooperatives, cultivate professional talents, improve the incentive system within the cooperative, and strengthen the overall brand building of the cooperative, so as to provide reference and ideas for the innovation of the operation incentive mechanism of Wuxiang County Farmer Professional Cooperative.
