摘要
为解决园林绿化喷药技术与机具落后问题,结合扫瞄喷药法研发了可配备风送式的变幅喷头、射高喷头,液力式的可调式喷枪、宽幅喷枪等4种喷头的车载式和牵引式园林高效扫瞄喷雾机,新机具经遥控或自动感应对行道树靶标实施喷药作业,还能一并完成对树下靶标的喷药作业,可针对不同的园艺特征与施药环境实施9种喷洒模型作业,相较于常用担架式喷雾机可省药67%、节省成本70%,并能提高对病虫害的防治效果。
A series of vehicle-mounted and trailed high-efficiency scanning sprayers were developed to solve the problems of the lag in technology and equipment for landscaping pesticide spraying.The sprayer was equipped with four kinds of nozzles,the air-supplied luffing nozzles,high-shooting nozzles,the hydraulic adjustable spray guns,and the wide-width spray guns.The new machines can perform spraying operations on street tree targets through remote control or automatic induction,and they can also aim the target under the tree.They have nine spraying modes to suit different horticultural characteristics and spraying environments.Compared with the conventional stretcher-mounted sprayer,the new machines can save 67%on pesticide consumption and 70%on costs and improve the control efficacy.
