《儿童甲状腺癌诊疗规范(2021年版)》解读

The guidelines interpretation for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric thyroid cancer(2021 version)

随着对儿童甲状腺癌研究的不断深入,学界逐渐认识到儿童甲状腺癌并非成人甲状腺癌的缩小版,在分子、病理、分期及临床表现上儿童甲状腺癌都与成人存在较大差异。2021年国家卫生健康委发布《儿童甲状腺癌诊疗规范(2021年版)》,为儿童甲状腺癌的诊治提供了重要的参考。该规范结合我国甲状腺癌患儿的实际特点,参考国内外重要研究文献证据,对儿童甲状腺癌的诊治进行了系统阐述。是我国第一部由国家卫生主管部门官方发布的有关儿童甲状腺癌诊治的重要指导性文件,对于我国儿童甲状腺癌临床诊疗具有重要指导意义。但由于发病率低,有关儿童甲状腺癌的高质量临床和基础研究有限,很多问题仍处于探索阶段,对于成人研究结果在儿童中的拓展应用,也需要更多的循证医学证据支撑才能写入儿童甲状腺癌管理的指导性文件予以推荐。

With the deepening of research on childhood thyroid cancer,the academic community has gradually realized that pediatric thyroid cancer is not a miniature of adults thyroid cancer,and there are great differences between children and adults in molecular,pathological,staging and clinical manifestations. In 2021, the National Health Commission of the PRC issued the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Cancer in Children(2021Version)",which provided important reference opinions for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer in children.Based on the actual characteristics of children with thyroid cancer in our country, and with reference to important research literature at home and abroad, this standard systematically expounds the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer in children. It is the first important guiding document on the diagnosis and treatment of childhood thyroid cancer officially issued by the national health authority in our country, and has important guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of childhood thyroid cancer in our country. However,due to the small number of cases and the limited quantity of high-quality clinical and basic researches on childhood thyroid cancer, many issues are still in the exploratory stage,and more evidence-based medical evidences are needed the expanded application of adult research results in children in order to be written into the guidance document for the management of childhood thyroid cancer as a recommendation.
