摘要
为了提升对植物源性食品中真菌毒素的认识、更好地进行检测方法选择和开发,本文介绍植物源性食品中较易污染的真菌毒素情况,并对近5年植物源性食品中真菌毒素的主要前处理方法和检测方法进行论述,对主要前处理方法和检测方法的研究情况及优缺点进行概述。展望植物源性食品中真菌毒素未来发展趋势,为检验检测机构开展植物源性食品中真菌毒素检测时检测方法的选择、优化提供参考,为真菌毒素检测方法的开发提供参考方向。
In order to improve the understanding of mycotoxins in foods of plant origin,and to better select and develop the detection methods,this paper focused on the situation of mycotoxins in foods of plant origin,and introduced the main pretreatment methods and detection methods of mycotoxins in foods of plant origin in recent 5 years.Review the research progress,advantages and disadvantages of these pretreatment methods and detection methods,and look forward to the future development trend of mycotoxins in foods of plant origin,which provide reference for the selection and optimization of detection methods and the development direction of mycotoxins detection methods.
