摘要 面对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,以“四新”为特点的新经济对高校人才培养提出更高的要求,OBE成果导向教学模式成为高校教学改革发展的重要方向。“食品化学”是高等院校食品相关专业的一门重要课程,具有实践性和应用性强的特点。主要介绍高校“食品化学”课程传统教考模式存在的问题,阐述“食品化学”课程教考分离的必要性,探索基于OBE理念的“食品化学”课程教考分离改革的措施,以更好地培养学生的自主学习能力和创新能力,提高人才培养质量。 In the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the new economy characterized by“four news”has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation of colleges and universities,and the OBE result-oriented teaching model has become an important direction for the teaching reform and development in college and universities.Food chemistry is an important course for food-related majors in colleges and universities,which has the characteristics of strong practicality and application.Mainly introduce the problems existing in the traditional teaching and examination mode of food chemistry course in colleges and universities,expound the necessity of separation of teaching and examination of food chemistry course,and discuss the reform measures for the separation of teaching and examination of food chemistry course based on the OBE concept,in order to better cultivate students’independent learning ability and innovation ability,and to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
