摘要
食品工艺综合实习试验课程是食品科学与工程和食品质量与安全专业的综合类实践课程,把CDIO的先进教育模式和食品工艺综合实习的课程要求相融合,研究探讨在CDIO原则下的食品工艺综合实习课程教学改革。食品工艺综合实习试验课程中加入构思、设计、实现、运作的一体化教学理念,让学生在教学理念、教学模式上进行根本转变,从而使学生自主学习的积极性、团队的合作性、发散思维的创造力、解决问题的能力加强。
The food technology comprehensive practical experiment course is a comprehensive practical course for food science and engineering and food quality and safety majors.Integrate the advanced education model of CDIO with the curriculum requirements of food technology comprehensive internship.Research and explore the teaching reform of food technology comprehensive practice courses based on CDIO principles.The integrated teaching concept of conception,design,realization and operation is added to the comprehensive practical experiment course of food technology.Let students make a fundamental change in teaching philosophy and teaching mode.Thereby,students’enthusiasm for independent learning,team cooperation,creativity of divergent thinking,and problem-solving ability are strengthened.
