婴幼儿配方乳粉中OPO的快速检测

摘要 应用气相色谱分析技术建立测定乳制品中1,3-二油酸-2-棕榈酸甘油三酯(OPO)的定量分析方法。样品经乙醚-石油醚提取后采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子检测器(FID)检测和外标法定量。结果表明,该方法提取效果好且容易操作,在0.01~0.50 mg/mL的添加水平内线性关系良好。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为0.06 g/100 g,定量限(S/N=10)为0.2 g/100 g。加标质量分数0.2,2.0和10.0 g/100 g时,加标回收率范围为96.4%~101.5%,相对标准偏差为0.704%。该方法前处理简单快速、线性范围广、灵敏度高、实用性较强。 A quantitative method was developed for the determination of 1,3-olein-2-palmitin(OPO)in dairy products by gas chromatography.The samples were extracted by mixed solution of ether and petroleum ether.The analytes were analyzed by GC-FID and quantified with external standard method.The result showed that the method of extracted by mixed solution of ether and petroleum ether was effective and easy to manual operation.Good line arities were obtained in the range of 0.01-0.50 mg/mL.The limits of detection(SLOD,S/N=3)and limits of quantitation(SLOQ,S/N=10)of the GC method were 0.06 g/100g and 0.2 g/100 g.The recoveries of dairy products ranged from 96.4%-101.5%,with relative standard deviation(SRSD)were 0.704%at three spiked levels of 0.2,2 and 10 g/100 g.The developed method were rapid,sensitive and practical.
