摘要
利用以红小豆、燕麦等杂粮为主要原料的复合杂粮代餐粉作为膳食代餐,考察其对肥胖患者体重、血脂等指标的影响规律。招募20名肥胖患者,给予每日2袋复合杂粮代餐粉(60 g)替代晚餐,90 d后对受试者试验前后的体重、腰臀比、体脂率、身体含水量等指标进行测量,并测定血脂胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平,以及空腹血糖和饱腹感。经过90 d的代餐干预,受试者的体重、腰围、腰臀比、体脂肪含量、体脂率均显著减小(p<0.05);血液指标结果显示,TC、TG、LDL-C均显著下降,而HDL-C显著上升(p<0.05);与市售代餐粉相比,摄入复合杂粮代餐粉后的血糖峰值出现更晚、波动更小,且复合杂粮代餐粉有更强的饱腹感,可持续3 h不觉饥饿。复合杂粮代餐粉不仅能够起到减重、降脂的功效,还可改善身体形态和代谢水平,并具有良好的耐受性和依从性。
The effects of multi-grain meal replacement powder(with red bean,oat and other kinds of coarse grains)on body weight,blood lipid,and other indicators of obese patients were studied.About twenty obese patients were recruited,and were given 2 bags of multi-grain meal replacement powder(60 g)per day instead of dinner.After 90 d,the body weight,waist-hip ratio,body fat percentage and body water content of the subjects were measured before and after the experiment.In addition,blood lipid cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)levels,as well as fasting blood glucose and satiety of the subjects were measured.The results showed that after 90 d of meal replacement intervention,body weight,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio,body fat content and body fat percentage of the subjects were significantly decreased(p<0.05).Blood indexes showed that TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly down-regulated,while HDL-C significantly increased(p<0.05).Compared with the commercial meal replacement powder,the blood glucose peak appeared later and fluctuated less after the intake of multi-grain meal replacement powder,which had a stronger feeling of satiety and could last for 3 h without feeling hunger.Multi-grain meal replacement powder could not only reduce body weight and fat,but also improve body shape and metabolism level,and had good tolerance and compliance.
