摘要
针对炼厂异辛烷装置产生烷基化废酸处理费用高、储存运输困难以及废酸中油品难以回收等问题,以异辛烷装置产生的烷基化废酸为对象,采用3种处理方案研究了废酸清洁处理方案,确定了煅烧重新生成硫酸循环使用法是较为理想的方法。该方法可为解决异辛烷装置产生废酸难以处理等问题及类似工程的设计和改造提供参考。
In order to solve the problems such as high cost of waste acid treatment, difficult storage and transportation, and difficult recovery of oil in waste acid, a clean treatment scheme for waste acid from isooctane unit was studied.Take the waste acid produced by isooctane devices as the object, three treatment schemes have been adopted successively, and good treatment results have been obtained, which can provide reference for solving the problems of waste acid produced by isooctane unit that is difficult to be treated and the design and transformation of similar projects.
