螺环化合物的合成及其在药物研究中的应用

螺环化合物是一类重要的有机化合物,具有较强的刚性和结构相对稳定性,此外还具有广泛的生物活性,如抑菌、杀虫、镇痛消炎以及抗肿瘤等,在不对称催化、材料,尤其是医药研究等领域具有广泛应用。综述了螺环化合物的合成方法,并对其在药物研究领域的应用进展进行了评述。

Spirocyclic compounds are very important organic compounds with strong rigidity and relatively stable structure.They have a wide range of biological activities, such as bacteriostasis, insecticidal, analgesic and anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and so on.They have important applications in asymmetric catalysis, materials, especially medicine research and other fields.In this paper, the synthetic methods of spirocyclic compounds were reviewed, and their application in the field of drug research was also reviewed.
