摘要
该试验旨在探索去除保健酒中超量的锰元素。采用阳离子交换树脂过滤去除保健酒中的锰。结果显示:在保健酒生产中的配制过程中加入0.4%的C108DQ食品级阳离子树脂,以300~500 L/h的速度进行过滤,能去除部分的锰离子。C108DQ离子交换树脂对保健酒中锰离子含量的降低有显著效果,该方法快速、安全、可靠。
It is in order to remove excessive manganese in health wine.The manganese in health wine is removed by Ion-exchange Resin filtration.The results show that adding 0.4%C108DQ food grade cation resin in the production of health wine,filtering at the speed of 300-500 L/h,can remove some manganese ions.C108DQIon-exchange Resin has a significant effect on the reduction of manganese ion content in health wine.The method is rapid,safe and reliable.
