摘要
采用W_(基材)︰W_(性能调节材料)︰W_(引发剂=)80︰17︰3的水爆珠壁材比例研究4种基材(生物基环氧树脂Green Poxy56、生物基环氧树脂Green Poxy 33、生物基环氧树脂Infu Green 810、生物基环氧树脂Surf Clear Evo)、4种性能调节材料(聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸树脂、聚醚丙烯酸树脂、丙烯酸十二脂)及4种引发剂(Omnipol BP、Polymeric910、Irgacure 127、Irgacure 754)复配后的成型效果及筛选最优配方。结果表明,80%的生物基环氧树脂Infu Green 810、17%的丙烯酸十二脂及3%的Irgacure 754为最优配方。该配方滴制的水爆珠压破强度和粒径检测均符合企业标准。
The W_(substrate)︰W_(performance adjustment material)︰W_(initiator)=80︰17︰3 water bead blasting wall proportion was used to study the forming effect and selection of the optimal formula after compounding based on 4 kinds of substrate(biological base epoxy resin Green Poxy 56,biological base epoxy resin Green Poxy 33,biological base epoxy resin Infu 810 and biological base epoxy resin Surf Clear Evo),4 kinds of performance adjustment material(polyurethane acrylate,polyester acrylic resin,polyether acrylic resin and acrylic twelve ester)and 4 kinds of initiator(Omnipol BP,Polymeric 910,Irgacure 127 and Irgacure 754).The results showed that 80%bio-based epoxy resin Infu Green 810,17%acrylic twelve ester and 3%Irgacure 754 were the best formulations.The crushing strength and particle size of the water bursting bead produced by this formula were in line with the enterprise standard.
