生物合成果胶酶的研究进展

Research Progress on Biosynthesis of Pectinase

摘要 果胶酶主要来源于微生物,主要从产果胶酶菌株的筛选、菌株诱变、基因工程以及果胶酶固定化等生物合成方面进行综述,并对果胶酶广阔的前景进行展望,为拓展果胶酶全新应用领域提供理论依据。 Pectin is a common anti-nutritional factor in plant feed,which affects the effective absorption of feed nutrients by animals.Pectinase refers to the general name of a variety of enzymes that can decompose pectin substances.Pectinase plays an important role in the field of biotechnology catalysis and accounts for 1/4 of the biological enzyme preparation market.Although pectinase is widely used and has formed a certain commercial scale,scholars at home and abroad are still expanding the source of pectinase production strains in recent years.Some researchers have tried to further increase the yield of pectinase by single or compound mutation breeding methods,and these studies have achieved breakthrough results.The biosynthesis of pectinase-producing strains,strain mutagenesis,genetic engineering and pectinase immobilization are mainly reviewed,and look forward to the broad prospect of pectinase,so as to provide a theoretical basis for expanding the new application field of pectinase.
