山西省大学生食品安全风险感知现状及影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Food Safety Risk Perception among College Students in Shanxi Province

摘要 为了解山西省大学生群体食品安全风险感知的现状、分析大学生食品安全风险感知的影响因素,采用多阶段抽样的方法,选取山西省内的1785名大学生进行调查,采用访谈法、描述性分析、卡方检验、二分类Logistic回归等方法对食品安全风险感知现状进行分析。结果显示,在对食品安全的风险感知态度方面,学生群体认为有毒有害物质残留问题对食品安全的危险程度最高(2.09±0.853),转基因食品的安全问题对食品安全的危险程度最低(2.47±1.029)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、专业、年级和对食品安全的关注度是食品安全风险感知的影响因素。山西省大学生群体对食品安全现状比较关注,但整体来说对食品安全现状的满意度并不高。学校、家庭以及社会各界要有针对性地加强对学生食品安全宣传教育的力度。 To understand the current situation of food safety risk perception among college students in Shanxi Province and to analyze the influencing factors of food safety risk perception among college students,using multi-stage sampling method,1785 college students in Shanxi Province were selected to conduct an investigation,and interviewing method,descriptive analysis,chi-square test,binary Logistic regression and other methods were used to analyze the current situation of food safety risk perception.The results showed that in terms of risk perception attitude towards food safety,the students believed that the risk of toxic and harmful substance residues to food safety was the highest(2.09±0.853),and the risk of GM food was the lowest(2.47±1.029).Binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that gender,major,grade and attention to food safety were the influencing factors of food safety risk perception.College students in Shanxi Province pay more attention to the current situation of food safety,but the overall degree of satisfaction to the current situation of food safety was not high.Schools,families and all sectors of society should be targeted to strengthen the propaganda and education of students’food safety.
