某海洋石油企业员工对功能食品的认知及需求

Investigation on the Perceptions and Needs of the Functional Food among Employees of An Offshore Oil Company

摘要 为了解陆地与海上采油平台作业人员对功能性食品的认知、使用及需求情况,改善海上采油平台作业人员的健康状况,针对性开发相关功能性食品提供依据及参考。自行设计问卷,便利抽样18岁及以上陆地与海上采油平台作业人员1004人进行调查。结果表明,1004例调查对象认为功能性食品可增强人体体质的人数最多(85.55%),海上工作者更倾向于认为食用具有营养调节作用的食品可达到预期效果,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。员工更倾向于选择植物来源的食品,食品形式选择乳制品占比最多,对有助于增强免疫力(87.95%)、有助于改善睡眠(69.72%)和缓解体力疲劳(71.31%)的功能需求最多。提升海上采油平台作业人员认知水平,提高功能性食品质量及以人群需求为中心,开发个性化产品是改善和提高海上采油平台作业人员健康状况的重点。 The purpose of the survey was to explore the perceptions,usage and needs of the functional food among employees on land or offshore oil production platforms,providing the help for improving the health of operators on offshore oil production platforms by the development of relevant functional foods.Self-designed questionnaires were used.About 1004 employees aged 18 years or older were included in this cross-sectional design.Results showed that 85.55%of respondents believed that functional food could enhance the body’s physical fitness.Workers on offshore oil production platforms were more inclined to believe that eating foods with nutritional regulation effects could achieve the expected results(p<0.05).Employees were more inclined to choose plant-derived foods.Dairy products were the largest proportion of food forms which were selected.The most functional requirements were helpful to enhance immunity(87.95%),helpful to improve sleep(69.72%)and helpful to relieve physical fatigue(71.31%).It was important to improve the health of operators on offshore oil production platforms by enhancing their perceptions of the functional food,and to improve the quality of the functional food and developing personalized products for targeted population.
