摘要
近年来,二氧化钛作为一种食品添加剂,其安全性日益引起关注。由于二氧化钛溶解性差,含量测定结果受多重因素影响。综述近年来国内外食品中二氧化钛含量测定方法的研究进展,主要从前处理技术、所用仪器和测定样品种类3个方面阐述,以期对海关进出口食品监管研究提供技术支持。
In recent years,titanium dioxide was getting more and more extensive attention as a food additive.Because of its unique pharmacological nature and weak solubility,the content results determined were different from each other.The content determination method research progress oftitanium dioxide in foods of domestic and foreign in recent years was reviewed,the reprocess technique,the analyzing methods and the food type were focused,so as toprovide a technique reference for customs supervision.
