摘要
为对市售螺旋藻片的产品质量进行分析,收集45个批次的螺旋藻片样品,依据现行法定标准分别对灰分、蛋白质、藻蓝素、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、β-胡萝卜素、微生物、重金属、崩解时限等方面进行检测。结果显示,多数样品理化指标、功效成分、微生物指标合格,但崩解时限差异较大。总体来说,市售螺旋藻片总体质量较好,但由于自身特性,仍存在少量问题,有待进一步完善。
In order to analyze the quality of commercial spirulina tablets,45 batches of spirulina tablets were collected,and ash,protein,phycocyanin,chlorophyll,carotenoidβ-carotene,microorganism,heavy metals and disintegration time limit were detected.The results showed that the physical and chemical indexes,effective components and microbial indexes of most samples were qualified,but the disintegration time limit was quite different.Generally speaking,the overall quality of spirulina tablets on the market is good,but there are still a few problems due to their own characteristics,which need to be further improved.
