ICP-MS Determination of 27 Inorganic Elements in Quinoa from Different Habitats

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对来自多个地区19批次藜麦中27种无机元素含量进行分析,通过热图对结果进行分析,并绘制藜麦无机元素指纹图谱。借助聚类分析和主成分分析(PCA)的化学计量学方法对其产地和质量进行评价。结果表明,不同产地的藜麦中均含有较丰富的对人体有益的无机元素,藜麦样品按产地被分为三类。经主成分分析,5个主成分因子的累计方差贡献率为80.106%,得出Mg、P、Fe、Se、Cd、Mn、Ba、Co为藜麦的特征元素。 Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to analyze the contents of 27 inorganic elements in 19 batches of quinoa from various regions.The results were analyzed by thermogram,and the fingerprint of inorganic elements of quinoa was drawn.With the help of cluster analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)chemometrics methods,its origin and quality were analyzed.The results showed that quinoa from different habitats contained abundant inorganic elements beneficial to human body.Quinoa samples were divided into three categories according to the habitats.By principal component analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate of five principal component factors was 80.106%.It was concluded that Mg,P,Fe,Se,Cd,Mn,Ba and Co were the characteristic elements of quinoa.
