基于层次分析法的铁路电磁兼容实验室安全风险管理研究

Research on Safety Risk Management of Railway EMC Lab Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

作为对铁路产品认证检测的核心实验室,铁路电磁兼容实验室的安全风险管理十分重要。为此,提出一种安全风险评价方法,先进行风险识别,再依据风险识别的结果建立安全风险评价指标体系,并采用综合评价法,基于层次分析法计算指标权值,对电磁兼容实验室安全风险进行整体评价;针对评价确定的不同等级安全风险,制定相应的安全管理措施。

As one of core laboratories for railway product certification test,the safety risk management of the electromagnetic compatibility lab is particularly important.Therefore,a safety risk evaluation method is proposed,in which the risks are identified firstly and a safety risk evaluating index system is established according to the result of risk identification.Then,the safety risk management of the lab is evaluated by using comprehensive evaluation method and the weights of the evaluating index are calculated via analytic hierarchy process.Finally,corresponding safety management measures are formulated for different level of safety risk.
