The digital dispatching communication system bears the services of railway dispatching command while the tandem switches bear communication services between the China Railway Corporation and the Railway Administration and support the interconnection of the switches within the Railway Administration.The network structure of the digital dispatching communication system and the trunk dispatching communication network connecting the Railway Corporation and Railway Administrations are introduced.Besides,some problems to be considered in connecting a new tandem switch into the digital dispatching communication network are briefly discussed.Emphatically,the significance of the compatibility,signaling and routing in the implementation of network access of the tandem switch is explained.The obstacles caused by mistake data configurations are illustrated,the causes and treatment methods of FAX data loss and call storm are analyzed,and precautions before,during and after the implementation of network access of the tandem switch are presented.
