摘要
通过对当前道岔转换装置中应用的实心销轴和力传感器销轴的静力学、模态、疲劳寿命分析,以及电气性能测试,研究列车通过道岔时的振动与冲击对销轴的静强度和疲劳寿命的影响。本文提出的力传感器销轴已在国内地铁得到相关的功能及安全验证,将为道岔转换阻力的监测提供一种更加科学有效的方法,对优化销轴结构,延长销轴使用寿命具有指导意义。
Through statics analysis,modal analysis and fatigue life analysis as well as electrical performance test of the solid pin shaft and force sensor’s pin shaft used in the point switching system,the influence of vibration and impact on the static strength and fatigue life of the pin shaft when a train is passing the point is studied.The function and safety of the force sensor’s pin shaft have been validated in domestic subways.This research presents a more effective method of monitoring point switching resistance,which is helpful for improving the structure of the pin shaft and extending the service life of the pin shaft.
