摘要 静态混合器是化工工艺流程中一种在线的高效混合设备,其首次提出见于1959年荷兰的专利,到20世纪70年代逐渐在美国、德国、日本等国家工业界开始大量应用。由于静态混合器内部没有运动部件,可靠性高,长期使用对维护要求低,这个突出优点在石油化工、精细化工、轻工、食品、冶金等行业具有突出优势,目前逐步拓展应用到萃取、强化传热等领域。静态混合器常见的根据内部混合元件结构形式分为螺旋式和板栅条式,根据混合元件的不同,我国机械行业标准将静态混合器分为SV、SX、SL、SH和SK等五种类型,其应用的流体情况各不相同,随着混合元件改进,其应用领域正从传统的液-液混合拓展到强化传热、液气混合等领域。通过构建静态混合器三维模型,应用Fluent等数值模拟软件对静态混合器内部流动混合规律进行研究,其模拟结果直观、可靠,有助于开发新型混合元件的静态混合器和静态混合器工程化设计选型。 Static mixer is an online and efficient mixing equipment in chemical process.It was first proposed in 1959 in the Netherlands patent,and began to be widely used in the industrial circles of the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries in the 1970s.Because static mixer has no moving parts inside,high reliability and low maintenance requirements for long-term use,it has outstanding advantages in the petrochemical,fine chemical,light industry,food,metallurgy and other industries,and has been gradually extended to the extraction,heat transfer enhancement and other fields.Static mixer is commonly divided into spiral type and grid type according to the structure form of internal mixing elements.According to different mixing elements,China′ s standards of machinery industry divides static mixer into five types,i.e.SV,SX,SL,SH and SK,and the fluids applied vary.With the improvement in mixing elements,its applications are expanding from traditional liquid-liquid mixing to heat transfer enhancement,liquid-gas mixing and other fields.By constructing a three-dimensional model of static mixer,numerical simulation software such as Fluent is used to study the flow mixing inside the static mixer.The simulation results are intuitive and reliable,and it is helpful for the development of static mixer with new mixing elements and the engineering design and selection of static mixer.
