基于互感原理的潜油泵绝缘工况实时监测系统 被引量:2

摘要 随着海洋油气开采的不断发展,电潜泵技术受到了越来越多的关注。受井下恶劣环境影响,潜油电泵的绝缘材料在其运行过程中会逐渐裂化,造成电流泄漏,引发相间断路起火或对地漏电等危险情况,对潜油电泵设备造成破坏性伤害。针对该问题,设计了一种基于互感原理的潜油电泵绝缘工况实时监测系统,在线监测潜油电泵的泄漏电流,从而实时、准确地监测到潜油电泵的绝缘工况,保障潜油电泵机组的安全运行,并构建了室内井况模拟实验。实验结果显示:此系统可以将电缆铠皮上代表井下工况的直流信号电流滤除,提取出代表潜油电泵绝缘工况的交流泄漏电流,回路中存在直流信号电流不影响监测结果;此系统测量误差小于0.14%,可以实时、精确地监测潜油电泵的绝缘工况;与现有的潜油电泵绝缘检测方案相比,解决了现有方案不能实时监测、操作复杂、需要频繁启停潜油电泵系统的不足,具有良好的应用前景。 With the development of offshore oil and gas exploitation,electric submersible pump technology has attracted more and more attention.Affected by the harsh downhole environment,the insulating material of the electric submersible pump will gradually crack during its operation,resulting in current leakage,phase to phase open circuit,fire or electricity leakage to ground,which causes destruction to the electric submersible pump equipment.To solve this problem,a real-time monitoring system of electric submersible pump insulation condition based on mutual inductance principle is designed so as to monitor the insulation condition of electric submersible pump in real time and accurately,and ensure the safe operation of electric submersible pump unit.The indoor well condition simulation experiment is carried out.The experimental result shows that this system can filter out the DC signal current on the cable armor that represents the downhole working condition,and extract the AC leakage current that represents the insulation working condition of the electric submersible pump.The DC signal current in the circuit does not affect the monitoring results.The measurement error of this system is less than 0.14%,and it can monitor the insulation condition of electric submersible pump in real time and accurately.This system overcomes the shortcomings of the existing insulation detection scheme of electric submersible pump that monitoring is not in real time,operation is complex and the electric submersible pump system needs to be started and stopped frequently,and has a good application prospect.
