地缘优势背景下校企合作培养人才的探索与构思——以CATL与宁德师范学院合作为例

The Exploration and Conception of School and Enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Talents Under the Background of Geographical Advantages——Taking the Cooperation Between CATL and Ningde Normal University as an Example

以研发能力领先的CATL是当前世界能源电池领域的著名企业,CATL聚集了业内顶尖的科技人才,拥有先进的实验室。CATL的总部和宁德师范学院同在一个城市,同城的唯一本科高校宁德师范学院如能借力CATL的优势培育出更多优秀人才,则不但能促进宁德师范学院的发展,而且也符合双方的共同利益。分析CATL和宁德师范学院,以及双方合作培育人才的地缘优势及合作存在的问题。虽然CATL和宁德师范学院社会影响力不对等,但双方还是存在合作的空间。设计好合作培育人才的机制,高校方主动寻求合作,宁德师范学院培育CATL的基层人才,CATL对宁德师范学院培育优秀教师及学生人才也能起到重要作用。

CATL is a well-known enterprise in the field of energy battery in the world with leading research and development ability.CATL gathers top scientific and technological talents in the industry and has advanced laboratories.The headquarters of CATL and Ningde Normal University are in the same city.It serves the common interests of both parties for Ningde Normal University,the only undergraduate university in the same city,to cultivate more outstanding talents by taking advantage of CATL.This paper analyzes CATL and Ningde Normal University respectively,as well as the geographical advantages and problems existing in their cooperation between the two sides to cultivate talents.Although CATL and Ningde Normal University have unequal social influence,there is still room for cooperation between the two parties.By designing the mechanism of cooperation and cultivating talents,the university takes the initiative to seek cooperation,and Ningde Normal University cultivates CATL grass-roots talents.CATL can also play an important role in the cultivation of outstanding teachers and students in Ningde Normal University.
