新一代信息技术背景下吉林省特色高水平应用型大学和谐师生关系构建研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Construction of Harmonious Teacher-student Relationships in High-Level Applied Universities in Jilin Province in the Context of New Generation of Information Technology

摘要 健康和谐的师生关系是高等教育的坚强基石。在新一代信息技术背景下,如何利用新技术提升高校转型发展速度,加强高等教育的发展成为了目前研究的一个重要的课题。在对于应用型大学及师生关系界定的基础上,针对吉林省特色高水平应用型大学师生关系进行调研后,发现在师生关系认知观念存在偏差、师生关系存在淡漠化倾向、师生关系存在功利化倾向等问题。最后针对问题提出了转变师生认知观念,促进交流合作、改革教学方法,加强师生情感交流、规范价值取向,构建和谐师生关系等相关对策。 A healthy and harmonious teacher-student relationship is a strong foundation for higher education.In the context of the new generation of information technology,how to use new technology to accelerate the transformation and development of universities and strengthen the development of higher education has become an important topic of current research.On the basis of the definition of applied university and teacher-student relationship,after studying the teacher-student relationship in the high level of applied universities in Jilin Province,it was found that there were deviations in the cognitive concept of teacher-student relationship,the tendency of teacher-student relationship to indifferentiate,the tendency of teacher-student relationship to utilize.Finally,to solve the problem,the paper proposed to change the cognitive concept of teachers and students,improve communication and cooperation,reform teaching methods,strengthen the emotional communication between teachers and students,standardize the value orientation,and build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and other related countermeasures.
