摘要
提出了基于工厂化生产的食用菌菌液注菌器设计的总体思路,对注菌器结构组成及工作原理进行详细阐述。此设计可提高液态菌丝注菌成活率和质量,提高劳动生产率和保护从业者身心健康,对菌包自动化生产装备的研制具有积极促进作用。
The general idea of the design of edible fungal fluid injector based on factory production is presented in the paper as well as a detailed description of the structure and working principle of the injector.This design can improve the viability and quality of liquid mycelium injection,improve labor productivity and protect the physical and mental health of the practitioner,and thus has a positive role in the development of automated production equipment of microbial packages.
