摘要
战略性关键矿产作为战略性新兴产业发展的基础,其发展对中国抓住“工业4.0”,突破“三期叠加”挑战具有重要意义。因此,有必要从产品空间视角,运用1999—2019年产品贸易数据,甄选标杆国家,探究中国战略性关键矿产产品空间结构演变,确定培育目标,探寻战略性关键矿产产业的发展道路。研究发现,中国战略性关键矿产产品尤其是机械等矿产产品已呈现出口多样化,但优势产品增加率还需提高;进一步与德国的优势产品进行比较,发现中国战略性关键矿产结构呈现出向核心空间动态演变的趋势,但核心空间聚集的产品技术复杂度依然不高;基于研究现状,发现应优先选取的培育目标主要集中在第16类产品中,如847989等。基于上述研究,可在产品发展选择、产品结构调整、政策等方面提出具体建议。
As the basis for the development of strategic emerging industries,the development of strategic key minerals is of great significance for China to grasp“industry 4.0”and break through the challenge of“three-phase superposition”.Therefore,it is necessary to select and compare countries from the perspective of product space by using the product trade data from 1999 to 2019,explore the evolution of the spatial structure of China’s strategic key mineral products,determine the cultivation objectives,and explore the development path of the strategic key mineral industry.The study found that China’s strategic key mineral products,especially machinery and other mineral products,have shown export diversification,but the growth rate of advantageous products still needs to be improved.Further comparison with Germany’s advantageous products shows that China’s economic growth potential continues to increase,and the advantageous product portfolio gradually deviates from low-end products,but the economic growth potential and product density of related products are not high.Based on the research status,it is found that the cultivation targets that should be selected preferentially are mainly concentrated in category 16 products,such as 847989,etc.Finally,some sug-gestions on product development,product structure adjustment and policy are put forward.
