基于板形最优的多机架冷连轧机轧制力分配方法研究

摘要 轧制力是成品带钢板形的关键影响因素。对于连轧机,轧制力分配方法和模型的合理性对成品带钢板形质量提高至关重要。以传统的轧制力分配模型为基础,利用板形最优原则,使用主要目标法实现轧制力的再分配。通过实际应用情况可以看出,所提轧制力分配方法可以明显提高轧机的板形控制能力,有效改善成品带钢的板形缺陷。 Rolling force is the key influencing factor of finished strip shape. For continuous rolling mill, the rationality of rolling force distribution method and model is very important to improve the quality of finished strip shape. Based on the traditional rolling force distribution model and the principle of flatness optimization, this paper uses the main objective method to realize the redistribution of rolling force. Through the practical application, it can be seen that the newly distributed rolling force can significantly improve the shape control ability of the rolling mill and effectively improve the shape defects of the finished strip steel.
