摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,人们的消费水平逐渐提升,对产品的个性化需求增加,一定程度上增加了包装机械设计的难度。传统的包装机械生产成本过高、产品种类较少、批量大,已难以满足当前市场需求。模块化设计是指通过一些功能进行包装机械设计,可以根据客户需求进行生产,更好地满足客户需求。基于此,以包装机械模化设计内涵为切入点,分析模块划分和接口,并以裹包机为例,分析模块化设计在包装机械中的应用,提出包装机械设计中模块化设计优化建议。
With the continuous development of China’s economy, the public consumption ability has been improved,personalized product demand is also increasing, which also causes certain difficulty to packaging machinery design, in the traditional packaging machinery production process cost is too high, product types are less, large batch, has been difficult to meet the current market demand. Modular design refers to packaging machinery design through some functions, can be produced according to customer needs, can better meet customer needs. Based on this, the connotation of packaging machinery modeling design as the breakthrough point, analysis of module division and interface, then to label machine as a case analysis of modular design in packaging machinery application, modular design optimization suggestions in packaging machinery design.
