摘要
为了提高物流公司卷烟分拣效率,降低作业人员作业负荷强度,针对人员作业负荷、作业环境以及作业时间等,结合人体生理代谢能量消耗预测模型和人因仿真模型进行能耗计算和模拟仿真,深入分析影响卷烟有效作业率的主要因素,研究提高有效作业率的方法,并提出具体的改进措施,显著提升了卷烟分拣的有效作业率,形成了一套科学合理的动作体系,大大降低了作业人员的疲劳强度,实现了作业动作优化的全面改善。
