举升力动态控制的电液辅助坐垫设计

摘要 针对老年人等下肢力量薄弱者坐姿起身困难的问题,设计了一种能在起身过程中动态调节举升力的坐垫。先利用惯性传感器获得起身过程中的关节角度数据,再结合SolidWorks的motion分析仿真了膝关节力矩。以动态补偿膝关节力矩为目标,设计了辅助坐垫的机械结构和电液驱动系统,并以Arduino UNO为控制器实施了液压压强控制。实验结果表明,设计的辅助坐垫能有效提供动态举升力,使得膝关节部分出力即能起身。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for the elderly and other people with weak lower limb strength to sit and get up, this paper designs a cushion that can dynamically adjust the lifting force in the process of getting up. Firstly, the joint angle data in the process of getting up is obtained by inertial sensor, and then the knee moment is simulated combined with the motion analysis of SolidWorks. In order to dynamically compensate the knee torque, the mechanical structure and electro-hydraulic drive system of the auxiliary cushion are designed, and the hydraulic pressure control is implemented with Arduino UNO as the controller. The experimental results show that the designed auxiliary cushion can effectively provide dynamic lifting force, and the knee joint can get up with partial force.
