摘要
消除应力热处理是压力容器制造的重要环节。通过对条件和环境的分析,充分利用现有设施,对变容式台车热处理电阻炉选型和设计进行优化,使其满足规范、标准对压力容器热处理的要求,实现了全方位的自动控制和半自动控制,同时达到了环保和节能的目的。
Stress relief heat treatment is an important part of pressure vessel manufacturing process. By analyzing the application requirements and making full use of possessed equipment, the selection and design of the variable capacity trolley on the heat treatment resistance furnace are optimized to meet the code and standard for pressure vessel heat treatment. The new design enables both all-round and semi-automatic control, while being environmental friendly and energy conservative as well.
