摘要
电主轴的拉杆车削加工过程中出现了两种典型异常情况:一种是无法保证同轴度精度,另一种是车削过程中出现尺寸偏差。为提高车削加工拉杆精度,文章重点研究分析高速电主轴拉杆车削加工工艺并进行了加工验证,提出了可实施的改善方案。
In view of the two typical abnormal situations in the turning process of the electric spindle, one is that the accuracy of the coaxiality cannot be guaranteed, and the other is that the size deviation occurs during the turning process. In order to improve the precision of turning and processing tie rods, research analysis and processing verification are carried out, and implementable improvement schemes are proposed.
