摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,机械加工精细化、数字化与智能化程度日益加深,对数控机床的应用提出了更高要求。作为现代化机械加工的母机,数控机床的工作性能和加工精度直接影响生产效率和产品质量。检测数控机床的工作误差是提高数控机床精度的重要手段。因此,着重研究数控机床的误差补偿,深入探究误差建模、误差测量以及误差补偿等关键技术,具有一定的研究意义和参考价值。
With the rapid development of social economy, the degree of refinement, digitization and intelligence of machining is deepening day by day, and higher requirements are put forward for the application of NC machine tools. As the mother machine of modern machining, the working performance and machining accuracy of NC machine tools directly affect the production efficiency and product quality, deeply explores the key technologies such as error modeling, error measurement and error compensation,which has certain research significance and reference value.
