摘要 针对磨齿机磨头电机轴承易失效的问题,提出了一种轴承失效分析与预测方法。采用振动分析方法,使用振动仪器检测磨齿机磨头电机轴承部位振动,通过数据分析判断电机轴承使用状态,预测轴承失效期及位置,给出电机预防性维护策略,并结合实际应用案例,证明了该方法可有效减少因磨头电机振动造成的零件磨削质量问题,降低了电机故障造成的设备停机及维修成本。 Aiming at the problem that the bearing of the grinding head motor of the gear grinding machine is easily damaged,a bearing failure analysis and prediction method is proposed. The vibration analysis method is adopted, and the vibration instrument is used to detect the vibration of the motor bearing part of the grinding head of the gear grinding machine;through data analysis, the use state of the motor bearing can be judged, the bearing failure period and position are predicted, and the preventive maintenance strategy of the motor is given. Finally, a practical application case is given, which proves that the method can effectively reduce the grinding quality problems of parts caused by the vibration of the grinding head motor, and reduce the equipment downtime and maintenance costs caused by the motor failure.
