发酵饲料对猪生长性能、营养物质消化及肠道菌群影响的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 微生物发酵能够降低饲料中的抗营养因子、分解饲料中大分子营养物质、提供有益微生物及其代谢物,从而提高饲料的营养价值。大量研究证明,微生物发酵饲料能够促进猪的生长、维护猪肠道微生态平衡、改善肠道健康及降低腹泻率等作用。文章就微生物发酵饲料对各阶段猪生长性能、营养物质消化及肠道菌群的影响研究进展进行综述,为其合理应用提供理论依据。 Fermented feed has been widely studied due to the policy, which forbids to add growth-promoting antibiotic to feed in swine production. Increasing evidence has established that fermented feed could degrade antinutritional factors and some macromolecular nutrient substance, provide probiotics and their metabolites, and thus improve the feed nutrition value. Previous studies have demonstrated that fermented feed could improve swine microbial ecology balance, enhance gut health, decrease diarrhea rate and improve pig growth performance. In this review, the effect of fermented feed on pig growth performance, nutrient digestibility and gut microbiota were mainly summarized, to provide a theory basis for a better application of fermented feed.
